Being grateful 

1. To build inner trust within myself 

2. To lay down and listen to music 

3. To build on my personal health with all the resources we have in the world

It’s amazing when you sit and look at what we have in life then put yourself in someone else’s situation where they are struggling. I can feel inside me how I would feel in that situation 

I am so lucky 

Thank you
