Thoughts and affirmations of the white warrior 25th November 2016

I attended a conference yesterday and a young man from the Resilience Project spoke of his travels in India and wanted to share his opinion on how to calm yourself down and help with your own mental health 

This will be a part of my blogs now 

1. Gratitude ; give thanks for everything you have 

I give thanks for waking to live another day on this earth

2. Have empathy

Help others give up your time for someone

3. Meditate, go into silence or reflect 

Do this at night even if it’s for a couple minutes
