Changing your mind

Changing your thought patterns

Getting up out of bed instead of staying in it because its nice

There is time for that, when you need rest

Its funny when you assess or look deeply into these actions

making that small change, changes what happens within your mind and what happens out there in the world

Old programming is exactly that, and that’s what causes my stagnation at times in life

But i liken it to a run…its always harder at the start but it does get easier

So i will keep moving and gaining momentum
