Facing and understand why you think a certain way is the most valuable lesson we can have 

I had that experience last night

Deep fear deep insecurity losing passion wanting to run

I changed the pattern 

Started to breathe and went into a space 

Calmed myself down and reassured myself that I am worthy deserving and fearless in my pursuit of happiness my happiness

This is what I wanted this is what I am good at this is my school this is my life I want 

Had supportive people around me to help and I thank all of them 

Believe in me believe in you
